In 2004, Author was approached to develop an Anti-Pornography Filter Protocol

At that time, there were 30 solutions

The Internet is OVER RUN with undesirable Web Sites ! !

•   Eg Pornography, pedophile dangers, illegal activities instruction, etc
•   This has been featured on major news at least once a week lately

There are many, many “filter” programs that prevent users from surfing to ‘bad’ sites
       BUT . . . All well known Filter Protocols are still flawed !

 All can be beaten by clever kids

• Things are even WORSE for parents that think they have installed software,
  to prevent the children from going to inappropriate  sites;
